We assure the genuine nature and entirety of each item, and we will make any flaws readily apparent in our descriptions. Our intention is to provide an accurate portrayal of the product’s condition at the moment of sale, and we will willingly share any relevant details about its state that you may reasonably request.
Copyright
We retain ownership of the copyright for all images and other materials, including those present on this website, created for the purpose of selling our goods. These images and materials can only be utilized with our explicit permission. In situations where goods sold by us remain under copyright protection, the copyright is upheld by the original author or any entity to whom those rights have been transferred.
Export Licensing
Customers residing outside Denmark should be informed that books aged over 50 years and valued at more than 173,000 DKK/23.067 EUR necessitate an export license. We will make our best efforts to support you throughout the application process but cannot guarantee a specific timeline.
Delivery
Items will be dispatched within 7 days following the receipt of full payment (or if export licenses is needed 7 days after this has been finaly obtained). We are committed to making every effort to meet your requested delivery times and dates; however, please be aware that we do not assume liability for any costs, expenses, or damages resulting from potential delays.
Items will be shipped via a courier service (e.g. FedEx, DAO, Bring, UPS).
Items damaged or not as described
We kindly ask that you thoroughly inspect all items upon their arrival and promptly notify us if you discover any discrepancies from the described condition.
EU Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Individual consumers in the European Union (EU) possess the privilege to revoke a purchase contract within a 14-day period. This cancellation period concludes 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the final set of goods encompassed by the respective agreement. To exercise this cancellation right, you must communicate your intention to cancel the contract through a clear and unambiguous statement to us.
You can ensure you meet the cancellation deadline by simply sending your notification regarding your intention to cancel before the expiration of the cancellation period.
In the event of contract cancellation, we will refund all payments you’ve made, inclusive of delivery costs (except for any additional expenses incurred due to selecting a delivery method other than our standard, least expensive option). We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any decrease in the value of the items if such loss results from avoidable or negligent handling on your part. You are solely responsible for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is necessary to assess the nature, attributes, and functionality of the goods.
We will provide the reimbursement promptly, no later than:
(a) 14 days after receiving the returned goods from you,
(b) 14 days after you furnish evidence of returning the goods, if earlier,
(c) 14 days after being informed of your decision to cancel the contract if no goods were supplied.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless we have mutually agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement. We may hold the reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them, whichever occurs first. You are responsible for returning the goods at your own cost or delivering them to us in person promptly, and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your intention to cancel the contract.

Warranty (Danish Customers Only)
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, we provide a 24-month warranty on all products. The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship that were present at the time of delivery. Claims must be reported to Biant.dk within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is considered reasonable unless otherwise agreed. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use or handling of the product. For justified claims, we cover reasonable return shipping costs. For unjustified claims, the customer bears the cost. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
These terms apply only to customers with delivery in Denmark.
